  • Tuesdays,
    6:15 PM – Youth Choir
    7:30 PM – Traditional Choir
    Thursdays
    7:30 PM – Contemporary Choir

    We will be working on vocal technique, singing new and familiar hymns, and working on developing sight-reading skills.

    If you would like to do some singing, please consider joining us on Tuesday or Thursday.

  • Virtual Caroling

  • Although they are not meeting in person, our music ministries continue to practice virtually and recently were singing some Christmas carols. We hope you enjoy this beautiful rendition of Oh Come Oh Come Emanuel sung by parishioners Mary DeRome, Lynn Sasso, Maureen Brown and Elizabeth Laberee-DeCillis.

  • Contemporary Choir

  • The Contemporary Choir sings at the 9:30 AM Mass on Sundays. Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings at 7:30 PM in the Church. In addition to rehearsals audio recordings of voice parts are made available for learning music. In addition to singers the choir invites instrumentalists to join them.

  • Traditional Choir

    This choir sings at the 11:00 AM Mass on Sundays. Rehearsals are on Tuesdays at 7:30 PM in the Church. In addition to rehearsals audio recordings of voice parts are made available for learning music.

  • Teen Choir

  • Singers and instrumentalists in grade 8 and above are invited to join this choir. The choir sings once a month at the 9:30am Mass or at the 11:00am Mass. Rehearsals are on Sunday at 5:00pm in the church.

  • Jubilate Children’s Choir

    This choir sings at the 9:30 AM Religious Education Children’s Liturgy once a month and on Christmas Eve at the 6:00 PM Mass. Children in third grade and above are invited to come and sing. Please see the links below for registration and further info:

  • Women’s Ensemble

  • This choir is an auditioned group of singers. An ability to read and learn music quickly, sing in tune and blend well with other voices is required. This group sings at a Mass once a month and sings a wide variety of styles from chant and Latin Motels to contemporary music.

  • Instrumentalists

    We have a number of talented instrumentalists who play at Mass on a regular basis. We would like to have a few more instrumentalists so we can put together some small chamber groups to play occasionally at Mass.

  • Cantors

  • The cantors sing the responsorial psalm and lead the parish in singing the hymns and Mass parts. It is not necessary to sing every week. Rehearsal time is provided and audio recordings are made available for learning music. A brief meeting and audition is required.

  • Resurrection Choir

  • This choir provides an important ministry by singing for funerals and Memorial Masses. If you enjoy singing and are available during the week please contact Peggy Ridarelli at ridarelli@aol.com or Beth Stone .

  • The St. Margaret Women’s Choir provided the music for the Vigil Mass at the Archdiocese of Hartford Women’s Conference on November 4.
    Archbishop Leonard P. Blair was the celebrant.
